Hello World! Greetings!
It gives me great pleasure in having an opportunity to introduce myself on my personal property on this amazing platform of leverage- the internet.
I was born in the “City of Opportunity”, Mumbai in India, on 23 Jul 1967 and brought up in the “City of Destiny”, Visakhapatnam, India. I did my schooling from the renowned “Timpany School” where the foundation of outstanding values was instilled in me in an environment of enriched values built through a strong and time tested tradition.
On completion of my schooling, I started this wonderful and challenging journey of life by choosing to join the Indian Navy and pursuing a profession in Electrical Engineering. On 24 Nov 1985, after a stringent selection process, I was enrolled into the 2nd batch of the Naval Engineering Course (NEC), where the ingredients required to build a daring heart and a fit body were engraved in me to prepare me to move a vessel and thereby make me, keep up to the course slogan, “Geared To Excel”. And, every day of my life I am guided and make a choice to gear myself to excel.
I started my professional career at the prestigious “Naval College Of Engineering”, from where I graduated in Electrical Engineering. The training continued in Electrical & Electronics Specialization course on equipment of Eastern origin. During this period I got my first sea legs when I was appointed on 2 warships. On completion of my course, I volunteered to join the “Submarine Arm” of the Indian Navy and proceeded to undergo the submarine course and then on 24 Mar 1992 was appointed as the Electrical Officer onboard, the most amazing and powerful marvel of technology made by man, the submarine, my submarine.
The next 18 glorious years of my life were extremely challenging and filled with plenty of learning, experience, expertise, action in the awesome world of advanced technological underwater marine defense application. “The submarine became my home, the sea my playground and technology to handle a modern war my game”. 
A great responsibility was bestowed on my young shoulders, and this gave me the opportunity to command authority, display leadership skills, and handle the pressure of work, build my ability to take decisions, dealing with superior officers and delegates and handle growth. I have been very fortunate and indebted to the Indian Navy to have given me the opportunity and exposure to work in this advance technological field.
In Aug 1993 I was introduced to a charming, wonderful and beautiful lady, Vinita, who was extremely talented and creative. She took a bold decision to become my life partner. We were tied in matrimony on 16 Jan 1994. On 10 Jan 1997, we were blessed with a wonderful daughter, Mili. Today, she has grown up to be a charming young lady under the caring, affectionate and loving umbrella of my wife. 
On 24 Nov 2007, another very loving
personality came into our lives, Mr Tzar, our Labrador.
These 18 years were an ocean of learning & experience in the areas of submarine operations, maintenance, repairs, refits, modernization & mid-life updates in various capacities. The areas of responsibilities that I have been handling were Power Generation & Distribution, Auxiliary Machineries, Navigational aids & Inertial Navigation, Sonar’s, Auto Controls (Ships motion & systems), Communication & VLF, Propulsion, Torpedo & Missile Complex, Fire Control systems. Further, with increase in my experience I was made responsible for Major Repairs of submarines, Modernization & mid life updates projects in India & abroad. I was further appointed as Sqdn Electrical Officer, where I was responsible for the functioning of all submarines in the squadron. My experience further took me to shipyards where submarine projects were being taken up for Major repairs, Modernization & Construction with foreign collaboration. I have been very fortunate to have been attached to a world renowned shipyard abroad, which had the expertise & experience of rolling out 115 submarines in the last 50 years. I have been associated with this shipyard for over a decade.
During the course of my career I continued to pursue my studies and did my engineering in Computer Science -Artificial Intelligence, Electronics & Communications and Information Technology.
I then felt the need to develop skills required to prepare myself for the world outside the defense services. I diverted my focus to building Life Skills & learning to understand how to establish businesses based on the awesome power of Leverage & Duplication by harnessing the power of E-Commerce. I started investing time in learning these concepts from successful people like Robert Kiyosaki (Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad) and organizations like The Titans World, Only Success Academy, etc. I am a Firewalker from the Leadership Ethics & NLP workshop “Born To Win”.
This is when I got closely associated with and started successfully working with Nanotechnology & Scalar Energy for Health, latest trends in Telecommunications and learning about the Vacation industry. I also started successfully working with children, up to Grade V, in a Whole Brain Development program, using basic NLP techniques, and on a Japanese program in Mathematical application for children from Grade 6 to10. Another area where I have been focusing my energy is Communication & Soft skills. My wife, Vinita, has been helping me with these projects in a very dedicated and committed way. After having worked in Advanced Technological areas and some very futuristic technologies, I believes that today’s children need to build Life skills & soft skills and we need to work on our present generation to equip and gear them to excel in this competitive environment. It is important to build their EQ apart from their IQ and train them to use the infinite potential of the brain to build their mental faculties.

The most passionate thing, the thing closest to my heart is the submarine. And, the person who is very close to my heart, the person has made a great change in my life, who has made my inside move (For things to change, I have to change first) is Robert T Kiyosaki. A great saying goes “Follow your Dreams”. Putting the closest things to my heart together I started to see the invincible, and another great saying goes” If you can see the invincible, you can achieve the impossible “& “If your dreams are strong enough, the facts don’t matter”. And therefore I am in the process of building a mechanism, an organization, a system, a world class facility that will cater to Advanced Technological Industries which will vertically specialize for Underwater Marine Applications.
