This project involved removal of the existing system, designing, preparing templates, forging, machining and manufacturing of on line fittings, installation on-board, testing & tuning, guarantee. The video displays the following in progress:-
(i) Forging of Ti Gr 2 valves in progress
(ii) Machining of Ti Gr 2 valve
(iii) Testing of Flanges Ti Gr 9 – DP and UT testing
(iv) Marking and ready to dispatch on line fittings Ti Gr 9 & CA 104
(v) Installation on-board
